These Terms govern your use of IMGQBank, including the free trial, paid subscriptions, and the question bank itself. Please read them before creating an account.

Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using IMGQBank ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Your Account
Using an IMGQBank account comes with a few responsibilities on your side:
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register, and to keep it up to date through your profile settings.
One Account Per Person
Each account is intended for a single individual. Sharing login credentials, or an active trial or subscription, with another person is not permitted.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Eligibility
The platform is intended for individuals preparing for medical licensing examinations. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Free Trial & Subscriptions
IMGQBank is offered on a free trial with paid subscription plans:
Free Trial
New accounts can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Trial access is capped at a limited number of practice questions per day, which resets at midnight in your local time. Trial terms and limits are described on our Pricing page and may be adjusted from time to time.
Paid Plans
Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) at the price and interval shown at checkout. Your access to paid features is determined by the subscription plan currently active on your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Coupons and Promotions
Coupon or referral codes are subject to their own eligibility rules and may be limited, restricted to certain plans, or withdrawn at any time.
Section 04
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select, plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

Acceptable Use
To keep the platform fair and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
Redistribute Content
Copy, scrape, resell, or publicly redistribute practice questions, explanations, or other platform content outside of your own personal study.
Circumvent Access Controls
Attempt to bypass subscription, trial, or entitlement limits, or access parts of the platform not made available to your account.
Abuse the Platform
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the platform, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation or security.
Misrepresent Yourself
Impersonate another person or provide false information when creating or managing an account.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
The question bank, explanations, study tools, branding, and all other platform content are owned by IMGQBank or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own personal exam preparation. No other rights are granted.

Educational Disclaimer
IMGQBank is a practice and exam-preparation resource. It is not a substitute for accredited medical education, clinical training, or the judgment of a licensed physician, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Medical Council of Canada or any licensing body. Practice question performance, accuracy statistics, and study tools are provided for educational purposes only; we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, score, or result.

Liability, Termination & Changes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMGQBank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam results.
Termination
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective Date" below when material changes are made.
